What Makes LaRocca’s Gowns Different
Because I come from a background of fully custom design, I know one truth about wedding gowns: size is rarely final. Life happens between the day a gown is ordered and the wedding day. Weight fluctuates, bodies change, pregnancies happen, and timelines shift. In a custom setting, it’s my pleasure to adjust, refine, and personalize a gown all the way through the final fitting.
When working with collections and boutiques, however, I don’t always have access to direct measurements or fittings. I asked myself an important question: How can I still support brides, stylists, and boutiques—and reduce stress at every step—without being in the fitting room?
That question became the foundation of LaRocca’s Gowns.
I intentionally designed each gown with flexibility built into the structure. LaRocca’s gowns are created to be let out and taken in—thoughtfully and seamlessly. This means that if, a few months after ordering, a bride experiences a body change, becomes pregnant, a new stylist feels unsure about measurements, the factory ships the wrong size, or there simply isn’t time or budget to reorder, the gown can still be adjusted beautifully.
Our designs allow a gown ordered in a size 8 to be let out up to a size 12, without compromising the integrity, balance, or design of the dress.
This is not an afterthought—it’s intentional design. It’s couture thinking applied to a collection model. LaRocca’s gowns are created to support real brides, real timelines, and real life—while preserving elegance, structure, and confidence from the first fitting to the last.
